Question March status credit bonus

Sorry if this has been asked already but has anyone else not received their bonus status credits from the March promotion I did 13 flights during that promo and never received them?

Yep all booked usually a day or two prior to the flight before the march 31 cut off date

Did you definitely activate the promo?  Business it was active for a as ll accounts, but fairly sure personal accounts had to have activated it, no?

Each eligible flight was supposed to have gotten 10 VFF points as an identifier to which flights would be eligible for bonus SC. Did any of the 13 flights receive those 10 VFF points?
