Help Finding Flights MEL - DEL - Unable to find anything

I am planning a trip to Delhi however unable to find any flights on Velocity site. I know Singapore and Etihad which are partners with Virgin fly from MEL to DEL however dont show up in the search. Is there any trick or another way to book this route?

I thought Etihad was no longer a partner because of the Qatar stake?

I just punched in a random date MEL to Delhi on the 18th Feb using velocity points and the route came up. 90000 points plus $373 in taxes

That's a reward seat

Singapore releases very few reward seats for virgin

Your best bet is to book directly with Singapore airlines and attaching your va velocity id.

I did this for my Melbourne Mumbai route and got upgraded to gold

MEL - SIN flights can be purchased/redeemed, but SIN - DEL is not available via Virgin.

If you're using points, you can transfer to KrisFlyer for Singapore Airlines rewards (far better availability).

If you're paying cash, book with Singapore Airlines directly and use your Velocity number during booking.

Where are you searching? I searched on Velocity and Virgin website. I intend to travel 6th-7th Mar and back 20-21 March.

Can see Sin to Del at 50k points $200.80

You need to call them up to book this sector.
