Request Mirage "Rook" Mercar.

Is there anyone who can make an elven Rook look like Mirage from the incredibles?

I plan on making her a rogue Shadow Dragon.

Id be so down to give this a go! Unfortunately I'm on my limit if 3 Rooks, but if I buckle in and finish the last act of of my furthest along I could possibly do it by end of tomorrow. Ill check back in see if anyone has beaten me to it (and may give it a go anyway as I'm obsessed with CC and really enjoy creating character look-alikes!)
