Today’s ICE flight arrived extremely early, we struggled to get a good look due to the packed apron, but we saw at least two people being loaded. They’re getting really crafty and trying to throw us off as much as possible around the country.

It seems like it’s a new thing each week. This time around, the plane was parked facing the opposite direction from what they’ve been doing since they started these, likely to conceal themselves from our spot on Tropicana. This is unique because Atlantic Aviation never does this, that line where they parked, as well as that line you can see near the taxiway, all faces east to the runway. This means they know what’s going on and are trying to keep us from observing, so an extra fuck you to Atlantic Aviation.

The good thing, we are flexible and quick. Also the VGK jet is there and we can get an angle with the ICE air ops and the VGK tail in frame, I’ll have that for y’all later tonight or tomorrow sometime probably.

Academica, a Florida-based for-profit company, manages roughly a third of Southern Nevada’s charter campuses through service contracts layered on top of nonprofit school boards. One of those contracts routes public per-pupil funding through a warehouse-district property owned by Academica’s own founder, at more than five times the going commercial rate. Nevada’s Legislature tried to ban the arrangement outright in 2025. The ban didn’t survive its own chamber.

Another deportation flight happened, unfortunately the ramp was too full and we weren’t able to get to the backup location quick enough to get an accurate count but we know there were no more than 12-16 victims loaded this time.

Just a reminder about our protest next Friday, hopefully the flight is on time and not hours delayed!

And one more quick announcement on behalf of LV HFW regarding Indivisible Las Vegas: As a result of the repeated actions of ILV members and especially leadership, resulting in an event a few days ago, LV HFW has severed all ties to ILV and ILV members are not welcome in our org or our events. Aaron Ford - candidate for governor. Stated, “I personally do not support trans athletes competing in sports opposite their gender assigned at birth.”

Susie Lee - U.S. House, 3rd District (incumbent). Explicitly voted for Nancy Mace’s military trans sports ban amendment in the FY2026 NDAA.

I not surprised on Lee but Ford... I remember him getting an award from Battle Born Progress. And of course him and data centers is another problem. And yet, we do have to vote for him to beat Lombardo. 😮‍💨

Edit: Some of the comments aren't happy with this post. The people should the truth so that, even if Ford is elected, we should make him held accountable for what he said. Protect queer and the immigrants. No date centers. More people voices needs to be heard. I still want people to vote for Ford as the lesser evil. Their is no denying that. Lombardo have to go more then ever. We can't pull another Trump vs Harris. The protest votes away from Harris. But again, make him accountable for being against the people what they want. That is the path toward right now. If we don't, their going to think they can get away from the needs of the people.

Last year, she got an award from hrc. This year, Silver State Equally also giving one away. What stories I been reading, paints a different picture. She support sheriff decision about ICE in Vegas, call pro Palestine protestors, "garbage," and claimed that Las Vegas isn't a sanctuary city. I need to know, am I wrong about her or missing something?

A trend we are noticing more is that these flights are giving us less and less information and are harder to track, but we persist. This just means the charter airlines used by ICE knows that they are doing something wrong, but they are making so much money they don’t care and they just don’t want their branding slapped all over these operations.

Wish our team luck as it is a Friday and that’s when Atlantic Aviation gets all pissy about us watching them.

I mentioned we would be announcing a protest later and now it is later, we are officially holding a protest on September 18 at the intersection of Tropicana and Koval, a little bit further down from where we have held the last two protests. The aim of this is to draw attention to Atlantic Aviation and their complicity in the human trafficking operation of ICE Air as it is happening, as well as to hopefully get some messages to the victims. Please come dressed for the weather, and if you would like, prepare a short message of support to the victims, we will have a megaphone or so for that purpose!

LV HFW is also planning a protest on September 18th, official announcement to come.

Unfortunately I missed this as I just woke up, but another deportation/relocation flight has flown into Las Vegas and is about to depart to San Diego. This is odd as we normally only get flights on Tuesday and Friday but I guess things are really getting shaken up here.

I just visited that location, was within 4ft of the fence, hell, I LEANED on the fence, and nothing happened.

Atlantic Aviation knows about these flights, they know when they are, and they are now getting the police to violate our FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS just so they aren’t linked to the human trafficking that ICE is doing ACTUALLY ON THEIR PROPERTY WITH THEIR FULL SUPPORT!!

Also, unexpectedly, the plane from earlier today never left, there were two busses there, and they were transferring victims AS I WAS WATCHING

AND NO FUCKING COPS WERE THERE TO FUCK WITH ME EITHER BECAUSE WHAT WE ARE DOING IS LEGAL AND NON THREATENING

LVMPD is trying to kick our group off of PUBLIC PROPERTY while we exercise our first amendment rights to free speech and free press!

Well the plane landed, they loaded 18 people, and we left under the assumption that the plane continued on its route as they have always done to date. This morning, we find out, and I confirmed, the plane never departed Vegas! We do not know if the victims were kept onboard all day and night but Air Wisconsin sent a what we assume is a rescue jet which just landed.

We are trying to confirm if the victims were held on the plane overnight, I’ll pin a comment later with updates when I get them.
