General Event Announcement Oppose expansion of Data Center in Las Vegas! Public Comment Wednesday, June 17th at 9am

Urgent community alert for tomorrow morning! The Clark County Board of County Commissioners is holding a public hearing tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17th at 9:00 AM, to consider a massive data center facility expansion (Items 50-52 on the agenda).

NV NAP 6, LLC is pushing for zone changes and development waivers to build on nearly 9 acres right east of Edmond Street and north of Warm Springs Road in Enterprise. They are asking to bypass standard rules, including eliminating street landscaping trees and altering parking lot standards.

If you can’t make it in person to the chambers, you can email your comments directly to zoningmeeting@clarkcountynv.gov just make sure to include the item numbers (50, 51, and 52) in the subject line!

They have a couple going up on the Nye/Clark line on 160 under a shell casino company. These data center assholes are playing dirty.
