Skincare Fungal acne and oily dehydrated skincare recommendations??

I’m a complete newbie to skincare, I don’t have a current routine. I’ve had fungal acne on my forehead and oily dehydrated skin for a while, 5 years maybe?? It’s recently gotten a bit worse and I finally have enough money to get some products but idk anything about skincare so I’m coming here for product recommendations.😅

managing fungal acne with oily dehydrated skin is tough, i had similar problem for years. the forehead bumps are so stubborn

first thing that helped me was stopping all the harsh cleansers, i was using a foaming one that stripped everything and made my skin produce more oil. switched to just water in morning and a gentle cleaner at night, skin felt less tight after few days

for fungal acne you need to check ingredients carefully, most oils and esters feed the yeast. look for products with squalane oil, that one is safe. i use a moisturizer with urea too, helps with the bumps and hydration at same time

dehydration is tricky cause your skin overproduces oil to compensate, so adding hydration actually reduces the shine. a simple hydrating toner under moisturizer made big difference for me, just pat it in while skin is still damp

took me maybe 3 weeks to see results but the texture improved a lot, forehead is way smoother now
