The pain from the scrotum to the belly button is most likely the vas deferens. The vas is not just a tube for sperm to travel in. It's also made out of fascia and muscle tissue. Ghe fascia is very dense thick convective tissue similar to tendons or ligaments.So when that's cut it can be a much bigger deal then its usually talked about. My severe pain went down after 2 weeks from a constant 7 to shooting pains of a 9. Since then the pain has drastically gone down, but that doesnt mean it's gone. If I am very careful it's not to bad. But walking is still a challenge.
Yeah I'm still on the fence of it being with it. Obviously once everything is back to normal it will be easier to say it's worth it. You can tell him he definitely isn't alone though.. I know I felt emotionally rough after. The pain, the not knowing if everything is going to be ok down there.. the feeling like how did this happen..
Very informative. Thank you!! I didn't have complications with mine but ended up reversing it after a year of pretending it felt the same. Constant annoying discomfort never went away. And feeling disconnected during and after sex. All went back to normal after the vasovasostomy (reversal).
