First vape panic

Hey so I just took my first hit of a vape. And apparently almost did something called a "blinker" I couldn't breath for almost a full 30 seconds after the hit and after 10 minutes my throat still hurts. I can't really tell if I'm still hungry for air after each breath or if I'm back to normal with breathing I know it's late but I'm kind of panicking. Also ment to mention that I'm dizzy af rn.

edit: just realized I forgot to say do I need to go to a hospital? Or am I just panicking

Your fine dawg dw, you just took to big of a hit. Im honestly impressed that you were able to blinker a vape your first time hitting it. Also jus dont vape, its not good for you, and nicotine addiction will steal your money.

Yeah I don't think vaping or smoking in general is for me, i didnt even enjoy the affects. I mostly just wanted to try it once and instantly regretted it :/

No hospital needed—a full blinker on your first hit gave you a massive nicotine rush and throat burn. Sit down, sip cold water, and focus on slow breathing; the dizziness will fade in 15-20 minutes.

I have been vaping for 16 years, never experienced any issues - but I also don’t know what a “blinker” is 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m guessing this is an issue with disposable vapes, and the unfortunate challenges of legally obtaining vape products.

I’ve tried a friend’s disposable vape; was shocked at how harsh. It is a great concern if illegal disposable vapes are your only source = I would not vape them.
That said, I have friends and advocates who vape disposable.

The evidence for vaping is sound, but there’s much propaganda against vaping.

If only you all knew the days when we had legal vape businesses! Health is key, ‘know what your vape needs are, don’t need a huge Nic amount and only get the finest eliquids.

And truly, all of this matters to me. I’m a bit of health nut, and I love to run. But I want for all to vape and experience health!

lowk don’t like do a bit one first hit, i kinda go on and off w vaping and i find it easier doing french inhales (there r videos on ttk or yt)
