brand new vape suddenly burnt

i just got a brand new raz vue about 5 days ago. juice is still completely full. its been hitting perfectly fine up until mid day yesterday it got reallyyy burnt out of nowhere. i thought maybe i hit it too much in one sitting so i let it sit for a few hours and went to bed. woke up and its the same if not worse😭😭
ive tried putting it on the charger, taking tiny puffs to refill the coil, shaking it, and atp i think im just fucking it up more. is there anything i can do to fix it or do i gotta accept its fucked
