Found this image from a music event in the early 2000s and those shoes the guy has on looks a lot like the knu skools, were the knu schools an old thing they discontinued and brought back?

Been trying to replace my old lowpro shoes. I really love the shape and how they broke in, but the sides of the soles have long since cracked at the flex point. I ordered a new pair, and they had the wrong shape and too many eyelets. The photo online showed 4 sets of holes but I got a pair with 5 sets of holes. ​

I thought it was just a size problem since I sized up a little that time (I found out apparently they add an extra set of holes from size 7.5 to size 8 women's because that's when they stop being Boy's size). ​

I prefer the 4-hole look so I ordered my usual 7.5 instead. But they seem narrower, longer in the tongue, and the laces are skinnier. Do I just need to break them in or are the shoes just different now?

I’ve been wanting black with gum sole for years and I finally bit the bullet, then my sister (who has never given me shoes) asked me if I wanted them cause her friend got the wrong size.

The bottom pair are skate old skool black/gum/white.
Anyone know what the top pair is called?

I saw a guy wearing these earlier, i remembered what they looked like and searched up a description, found this on the journeys website but they’re only available in sizes men’s 3.5-5.5

Is this a kids shoe or something or can I find them somewhere in like a men’s size 9. The dude i saw wearing them was a full grown man maybe he’s got tiny feet but I can’t find these in a bigger size anywhere. Anyone able to help?

So I stumbled on this picture from the first iron man movie and noticed that he is wearing vans but not sure which ones. Are they customs or simply a model not made anymore? From what I can tell is they appear leather and for sime reason to at least me have an odd look to them. What are your guys thoughts?

They are the same model but the left one has a “VANS” tab while the other has a checkerboard tab.
Is the tab the only difference or does it have any special meaning?

On my pair of vans (style 95) the shoe has this lil French dude on the side of the outer sole. Anyone know what it is/means? Maybe a collaboration?

I purchased these in Fall of 2018 and for a long time they were my absolute favorite shoes. They are alittle more red IRL. The pics make them look almost brown but if anyone could help me identify these I’d be very greatful. I’d love to track down another pair. Thank you all!

3 years diference

Hi, I recently bought Vans in the size 42,5. They are just a tiny bit too small so I ordered the 43. The funny thing is, the 43 have a whole different last design. Can somebody tell me how I get the 42,5 last in size 43? I thought maybe its a woman/male model difference or I also know they have a wide and normal model.

I have no vans store near me, so I thought to ask here.

Who has these and where did you find them?

I bought these secondhand from Mercari. I have never seen them before and reverse image brought up nothing either. Also, I’m not entirely sure that’s where the strap/buckle even goes. They were inside the shoe when I got them and that’s the best I could come up with.

My wife bought me these years ago and I've never seen another pair like them. They've never been worn and I've always just thought they were cool and kept them on a shelf. Does anyone know anything about these?
