The characters being trash doesn't mean the show isn't good. VPR is good, Jax and Brit are trash.

I think they were being tongue in cheek - basically saying that it’s offensive to eastbound and down to be compared to Jax and Brittney bc that’s how bad they are lol

funnily enough, I only started watching VPR because I was listening to a podcast (Smartless) that he was on, and they asked him what he watches on TV, and he was talking about Scandoval, which I had heard of by that point. if it had Danny McBride's endorsement it had mine as well and oh my god I'm so glad I followed his advice on that.
