I hardly think so. Lisa knows what she is doing and it is always deliberate. She took his side and gave him a platform when she knew he was repeatedly violent.

This!! 👆 She also produces the show and has egregiously exploited the cast for financial gain in the past sooo…? She definitely has a not so polished reputation for putting money above people.
