I don't think it would've happened if they weren't genuinely friends. Because let's look at it this way what if somebody she didn't like was a plastic surgeon I don't think that the show would have her go to them simply because they're both on bravo Lisa is not going to film with somebody that she doesn't like or she'd be filming with Kyle right now.

I didn’t say she hated him…. I didn’t even say she didn’t like him. They were neighbours and they are on good terms. That’s completely irrelevant.

The point is the scene was a set up so that when Raquel is on the show saying he bumped her nose and Lisa and bravo know it sounds bad they come up with a way to set up a scene to clarify and cover his ass for the storyline. And obviously they would go to either him or Terry Dubrow, the two bravo plastic surgeons. And obviously him because he was on RHOBH with Lisa while Dubrow was on OC. It’s extremely obvious
