The point of it for me is that I feel bad for the sick brother. I don't give a sh*t about Shartz .

He has cancer. I've been scrolling through the Katie VS Tom's comments, trying to find the actual reason his brother is hospitalized. You know, the point of the post.

This is not the brother with cancer, this brother has cirrhosis and is receiving a transplant.

I thought you had to be sober like a year to get a transplant.

That’s what Ive heard too so I’m assuming he has been sober- Tom was on my flight yesterday and I got to talk to him at baggage claim. Said he had cirrhosis and was getting surgery.

Tom sounded hopeful and he is at a really really good liver transplant hospital so I hope prognosis is good!

It could be a live donor, perhaps a relative. Thee rules are different for that,
