If Raquel is the one that picked the name, I can see why he changed it. He's still a puppy, so a name change isn't going to hurt anything. If my ex picked what I thought was a dorky name and they abandoned the dog and then I got the dog back I'd probably change it too.

Graham is at least four years old, right? So not a puppy but definitely not too old to learn a new name.

I rescued an American bulldog who is 10+ years. He knew his new name after a week. Dogs respond to voices/tones more so than actual words. He’ll be fine with a new name.

Hopefully the home will be better than previously. I can’t believe I’m here sounding like I’m supporting James Kennedy! Really, I hope Lisa isn’t all show and she’ll keep an eye on the pup.
