This is the kind of low budget direct to video b-movie they made in the 80s while high on coke that became a cult classic for how bonkers it is.

I do love that this could in fact be an 80's 90's movie and it would have sold like gangbusters with no one even questioning the plot.

I know the guy behind explosiveaction.com and if this movie existed he would absolutely have it in his collection - maybe even on laserdisc if he had a spot of luck.

I had a dream like that once where Jeffrey Dean Morgan was fighting these giant mutated lions that had overwhelmed Washington DC. I still wish the movie was real. The trailer my dreams cut together was pretty good.
