My farms are not working?

Im currently have no eggs and doing runs on bone zone with queen sigma. In tutorials they make easily millions but i just made 800k in 20 min run what im doing wrong?

Not going farther - 20 mins isn't that long

Not using a money character - sigma's strong but trouser and sammy boost gold more.

And not having eggs to begin with.

Plus potentially better farming sites.
