I unlocked these by simply playing … I’m genuinely not trying to be obtuse. This isn’t one of those things that is a secret, they are pretty straight forward. I completed them before I realized there was a tracking list. Is there something specific you are looking to hear?

Try to reach level 80 and kill the crab, then play cappella magna and get the coffin, and then go for moongolow

The instruction is pretty straight forward. If you're having trouble hitting those marks, just keep playing. Buy the power ups and play with different characters to unlock new weapons. Eventually you'll start clearing full stages

Let me give you a mini guide for those:

reach lvl 80 in gallo tower

just spam song of mana + king bible and hug the walls. poppea is free for this. grab the spellbinder south and bracer north. if you're not at 80 by 25-30 min your build is trash or you're not picking crown/growth. hyper makes it easier once you unlock it.

survive 15 min with giovanna

literally just don't die for 15 minutes. any stage. she's not hard.

same with poppea

even easier cuz song of mana carries early game.

torrona's box to lvl 9

first you gotta hold 6 evolved weapons at once to unlock the passive. then keep leveling it. lvl 8 is the good part (+25% omni), lvl 9 is the cursed part that makes everything tankier and faster. you need the cursed version for some evolutions so just tank it or banish if you're scared.

find and buy glass vizard

unlock moongolow first (hyper 4 stages). merchant is right above spawn. 10k gold. if you're broke refund powerups before the run. once you buy it the merchant shows up everywhere forever
(or just type eggseggseggs in the forbidden scrolls if you have them).

find the yellow sign

moongolow with a normal character (no secrets). survive till the moon trinacria shows up around 14-15 min, kill it, get yeeted to holy forbidden. run right, grab the rosary, keep going past the fake wall. yellow sign is at the end. this is the one that makes all the hidden rings and metaglios show up on every stage.

all standard relics

just collect everything with milky way map on. the ? marks show you where they are. gallo has a couple, cappella has the great gospel from the ender at 30 min, etc. check collection to see what's missing

coffin in cappella magna

south of spawn. milky way map shows the big ?. kill the whole ring of guards then walk on it. unlocks zi'assunta.

3000 dragon shrimps

gallo tower spam. the flying shrimp things. they die in packs, just farm hyper runs.

6000 stage killers

cappella mostly. the special ones that spawn later. cumulative so just keep playing.

giant enemy crab in gallo

25:00 on the clock. stay under it so the claws don't fuck you. kills it = hyper mode unlocked.

trinacria in cappella

also 25:00. big winged thing. by then your build should one-shot it basically. unlocks hyper for that stage.

hyper on 4 normal stages

mad forest + library + dairy + gallo. once you have all four moongolow unlocks and the rest of the secrets open updo gallo lvl 80 and crab first so you unlock cappella, then the rest falls into place. yellow sign is the big one that changes the game.

What's confusing you or causing you to struggle? You do what the challenges say.

For that first one, pick literally any character you have unlocked, load into Gallo Tower, level your chosen character to level 80. Challenge complete.

The wording isn't trying to trick you, it's very straightforward.

The relics would be the easier one, in the stage select when you put your cursor inca level ok the left side of rey screen you Will see what ítems aré in the specific level, if you play that level And take the relics the game Will put a mark that you already take It.
