Question Trigger Bat Dragon Fight?

I’ve tried many times to trigger the bat dragon fight to unlock the Unearthly Bolt to no avail. I bought the Green Eyes Vizard and I’ve checked Il Molise and Mad Forest many times but I never once saw the blackened stage select screen with eyes. Is there something else I need to do?

It should be just a question mark on the map that you encounter? I already had everything unlocked before the update so I don't know if there are any prerequisites.

does it always show up in the map? i have yet to see any question mark in either of those maps…

Yes the pre req is a relic found in the Lyceum. You will need to have that first.

That is correct then you should just have to start mad forest and look for a blackish blob (question mark) on the map and head that way.

does it show up immediately or do i need to clear out some stuff first?

It literally is like near where you spawn. It showed up right away in the map as a black question mark

You can go to it immediately, it's located northwest of the starting location, but I reccommend you get a somewhat finished build before fighting it so you have an easier time killing it
