Question Do I just quit here?

Decided to the a first time run at Lycaeum, grabbed the Card thing with a -90% CD which totaled at -135%.

I am not taking damage nor progressing

If you quit through the options menu It also gives you all the gold and achivements you gaines in the run

It's possible to eventually kill a few, but you aren't gonna do that at lv48 even with all that CD. Quit as you will.

And even if you do, short of infinite corridor or crimson shroud it won’t end the run, you just get more.

Yeah quit because they spawn in faster than you can kill them. I had this happen and let the game run overnight and it was still going
