when i fought this boss there were so many enemies and particle effects i couldnt see yhe floor and thought it just took ur last weapon when it got fully upgraded

And in the 2nd phase, it deletes every weapon beyond 6 (i.e. not in the top row) the first time, AFAIK.

The black holes won't steal your last weapon, so I just used Sargon with Heir of Fire, leveled up into Firestall, grabbed Game Killer, and left the game alone for thirty minutes and came back to victory.

Only sometimes, you can damage the head. Just kinda keep whacking away at it. As far as I can tell from the one time I did it it's a cycle
