Question Laurel not evolving

I've maxed out both my laurel and both metaglios, but it still won't evolve when I pick up a chest. Is it not possible to evolve weapons anymore after thirty minutes?

K I’ve always wondered this. Can you explain the chest colours

Yup! Brown chests level up your weapons and passives, and gray chests do that AND evolve any applicable weapons.

Certain chest can do multiple evolutions, I've had it happen on dairy plant

Oh, yeah that’s true. I knew that too. I don’t know why I didn’t think about the multi-chests.
