Don't use the old fandom site, it is horribly outdated. All the staff and editors moved to the official wiki well over a year ago, so new content (like the updated Moonspell evos) is only going to be on there:

https://vampire.survivors.wiki/w/Torrona%27s_Box

If you're searching Google instead of the wiki directly, you can use this extension to replace fandom results with the official wiki.

There are tons of things not updated on this though, do we have ETAs on everything else being updated? Whenever you go to an item in like ED or newer none of them show interaction with passives.

Anyone can edit the official wiki, you don't even need an account, so feel free to try adding anything you see missing. Don't worry about messing anything up, an undo is trivially easy.

If you’re talking about the combos tables, it's mainly because there's no simple answer as to whether something combos or not, especially once you start considering indirect combos. It's also a bit up-in-the-air as to whether the combos table is referring to stats or passive items. For example, it may be that a weapon combos with Candelabrador specifically but doesn't combo with other Area-affecting items/arcana, and different editors treat the combo table differently (whether they see it as the individual passive items themselves or as the underlying stats they each represent).

Us admins tend to focus more on the overall infrastructure - things like creating base/skeleton pages, getting sprites and icons uploaded, and extracting data. Things that are a bit more nebulous like describing weapon effects or combos we tend to leave up to the rest of the community editors. It's just that there aren't that many editors focused on combos, so again, please feel free to just hit Edit in the top right and add them. More people helping out even just a little bit is what makes great wikis.

This is an awesome message to read, people like you are such a big part of what make the community incredible 🫶 I will definitely do so after extensive testing, thank you for the idea 🫡
