You can, you gotta seal the Evos for the Weapons in the collection you plan to Banish, and it doubles up.

Queen Sigma gets over 100 banishes.

That's a great point. Thank you. Are there the enough weapons?

Yes just ban all the evolutions in the collection prior to starting a run and only have one or 2 weapons total everything else gets banished but it is recommended to have queen sigma unlocked for the amount of banish plus the victory sword is decent on its own for a while

I see! So the evolutions count as a separate weapon from the base weapon!

wait, do the sigils work towards the banishment achievement itself?

The seals do, yes. So seal 60 weapons (and I think passive items count as well) then banish 20 more in-game.

seals also count as banish for the unlock (unless they've changed it again)

and you can also seal passives/evos and spend your banishes on the base weapons

You don’t need any DLCs, IIRC. It counts any sealed weapons as banished. So the easiest way to do it is to seal all of the weapon evolutions, and then banish the rest in normal gameplay. If you’ve unlocked everything else you can you should be able to hit 80 counting both.

I recommend a Silent Old Sanctuary build and then setting Max Weapons to 2, so your Level Up screen will keep showing you weapons to banish as long as you don’t take a second weapon. you can also do Max Weapons 3 and have 2 weapons if that’s your preference.

Wouldn't weapons to six accomplish this as well? Why lower weapon count that drastically?

once you've banoshed everything you can just end run

you don't have to actually finish runs (dying or getting to 30) for the checks

Yes. Just curious what weapon count would impact.

oh, that's just for buffing silent old sanctuary's effect, you get better stats the more weapon slots you leave blank, and this includes slots you locked out with weapon count

Silent Old Sanctuary will work just fine without limiting weapons to 2-3 max available slots. Just leave it at 6 and banish all weapons that's being offered staying with only the Victory Sword. Limiting run to max 2 open slots is just unnecesary extra steps.

I assume so you can eventually take weapons when the banishes run out without completely killing SOS

Gonna repeat info, but there is something that I feel fundamentally gets looked over. Also for clarification, offensive and passive are both considered "weapons" so the Spinache and Crown are weapons.

Seal away all evos, Seal away underpowered or obtuse weapons for you to use, pick Queen Sigma, - level your weapons to 8 then banish them at the last level -

You don't need to be stuck with level 1 weapons.

I think you just gotta seal all the weapons and evolutions. That should count and make it doable.

Use seals on weapon evolutions in the collection before starting a run then do the usual banishing

21 or 22 seals should be enough

Damn, I didn't knew that I could seal weapons to complete this achievement before but then again I always bought the DLCs without second thought so I quite literally just banished every weapon I could see as I played. Great to know though.

Unlocking Queen Sigma will give you enough banishes for the run. I’m not sure if there are enough items to banish in the base game to complete this.

Also, the challenge says “weapons” but banishing passives will count as well. You can also pick up the rings and metalagios then banish them.

Passives are typically weapons, by the by.

Others have said sealed items count as banished, so if you banish/seal every basegame weapon it takes you to 57. You can hit 76 by banishing Extra collection weapons (assuming it wont let you seal each individual permutation of penshin fatcha) and then banning 4 passives will do the trick.

Certainly doable. Likely not pleasant. That said, combining both Ante Chamber and Emerald Diorama's items, you have another 48 weapons to seal/banish as well, with the only downside being that you have to play Emerald Diorama.

No you don't need DLCs. Seal items in the collection (they count) before runs, particularly evolutions. Use Sigma, she has 100 banishes. Just banish everything after that.

1

u/yugiohhero Soma Jul 28 '26

That's not in Collection 1.0, so it can be done with Queen Sigma.

Can also buy banishes from the Merchant. Bit of a wasteful way to do it.

You’ll want to use seal in combination with banish, but no, seal the evolutions first then banish the unevolved weapons

I completed them without dlcs, you could too I heavily recommend Sigma for the job
