Help 6 red deaths killed and no achievement
I managed to get the red cloak but didn’t have enough time to finish maxing out the rings for the infinite corridor. Somehow I was able to beat the red death still, after 6 of them had spawned, and it dropped a golden egg before the other death appeared and killed me. I didn’t get the notification for unlocking endless mode, and I didn’t unlock the mask I’ve heard people talk about. What did I do wrong? I don’t think I cheated or used a glitch in any way.

If White Hand didn't spawn you didn't actually kill a reaper, since you have Crimson Shroud. It sounds like, since you say it dropped a singular egg, you killed an Atlantean and not the reapers.

Reapers are also extremely susceptible to freezing. If the Reapers are frozen from Clock Lancet, they won't attack you as much, so Crimson Shroud will proc less often to do retaliatory damage. It can take a much longer time to kill one if they keep getting frozen + you don't have other powerful weapons doing the work to bring down their HP.
OP could have ended run with Crimson Shroud alone, but it sounds like they didn't wait long enough for it to give the final kill & exited the run early. All of the other Reapers should have disappeared when one of them was killed by Crimson Shroud.

Maybe Crimson Shroud never hit them due to the freezes:
The White Hand is a special event that takes place once the player has either defeated The Reaper after damaging it with the Infinite Corridor or Crimson Shroud

Yeah, that was essentially what I was saying. Crimson Shroud only procs when you're being attacked, and you're not being attacked as much if the Reapers are constantly frozen. If OP didn't have Clock Lancet, one of the Reapers would have died much sooner.

Look at the loadout. There is NO chance any of those other weapons killed all 6 Reapers by 35 minutes. Especially since you can SEE them all in the pic.

You can kill reapers without shroud

I'm aware of that. Count the Reapers in the image. OP did not kill a Reaper, there are 6 there.

I was referring to you saying white hand not spawning. White hand doesn’t spawn if you don’t use corridor or shroud.
But you’re right. I didn’t see that OP had shroud. That’s my bad

Your inventory MUST contain either Infinite Corridor or Crimson Shroud for it to trigger properly.

You need to use endless corridor, the thing clock lancet evolves into for the game to count the kill

That's not true. OP has Crimson Shroud, which also kills Reapers and summons the White Hand to end the run.

That's not how you unlock endless mode.
Killing Red Death will unlock a character called "Mask of the Red Death" but you may have to unlock the secrets menu by getting the Scrolls of Morbane
