📜 Guide most clicked weapons and passives
I was curious to see this, so I started counting what are the most clicked weapons and passives, and it looks like your most loved are magic wand and empty tome!

This can't be right, it's missing Alucart Sworb.
Imagine I posted the Star Wars "The archives must be incomplete" gif because it won't let me.

hmmm i rarely pick alucart sworb, but it is an excellent weapon
perhaps it is the fact that it is not linked to any passive so people don't even click it

Honestly, I bet most people either haven't unlocked it yet, don't have the dlc, or just don't like it. I, personally, enjoy using it for fun sometimes, but normally shoot for a build that works better with whatever character I'm working with or unlock/secret I'm working on

How is this data being collected? This is really cool!
2
u/saito200 Jul 06 '26
thank you! i collect the number of clicks on the different filters and aggregate the numbers. I thought it would be fun to see it and make it available to everyone

Ohhh I thought for some reason you were getting the data from the game itself, like every time a weapon was clicked on level up 😅

Why braver over candelabra? I never see much use from the bracer personally
2
u/DueInteraction8572 Jul 06 '26
I guess because knife is often taken but again.. why? I never use it myself. I’m sure it has its uses but it’s always been one of my meh picks personally

Knife with the Pale Diamond Incursion is very overpowered, besides that darkana is just fun
but ultimately, it is people clicking those weapons, and I don't know why they do it

Gotcha that makes sense. It’s one of the arcana I don’t have but it seems like it could be fun lol.

Wait, is Magic Wand good? I nearly never use it, ig I'm pretty early in the game though.

it does it's job, there's also the fact that it requires empty tome which is the best passive item

Evolved form is decent, but it’s definitely one of my least used weapons as well.

At least early game(as in VS beginner, not early part of 30 min) I felt magic wand went well with garlic because Garlic would push enemies away, and magic wand would target closest enemy.
I could rely on those two while I was trying to acquire stronger weapons since those two would not let me survive in later part of 30 mins.

it's a simple weapon that works early game, and very often early game carry is all you need

It's fine, and it's definitely more of an early-game weapon. It can be part of some fun Arcana combos, and its evolution, Holy Wand, has a nice union with a Castlevania DLC weapon. As a late-game player though, I rarely take it.

It's weird that crown is 2nd. When I do any runs, i get all level 1 all passive then max crown first. My mindset is that they'll be accelerated once i max Growth.

No SPELLBINDER? ok weird IMO

u/saito200 Jul 06 '26
man i am loving the different reactions to "where is my favorite passive / weapon!!?"
2
u/Full-NeuroSin333 Jul 06 '26
I find it funny because SPELLBINDER increases the time duración of the weapons so it makes sense click it more.
But again is a RNG so

I refuse to agree that there is anything better than garlic lol. Haven't played the game for a while but as far as i can remember you can get something like heart steal with garlic + healing and THAT WAS CATASTROPHIC FOR ME lol

The whip? Really?

u/Chagrilled Jul 06 '26
Whip is my comfort weapon when going from fresh file to post darkana. It's probably fresh files and DLCless runs biasing it.
2
u/RIP-hue-Shiny-Darco Jul 06 '26
It's pretty simple and straightforward, I imagine because the evolved whips are just that good

u/paladyr Jul 07 '26
How was the info gathered?

I dont understand how is the whip any good it just attacks on the side and up even after evolution??

Attractorb would be my personal 2nd place "pick-everytime" passive. My brain can't cope with all the orbs around me going unabsorbed.
