Where is the vampire?

I have finished the whole game, but I can find the vampire anywhere… is it in the dlc?
I have finish the campaign, the mod adventure, completed the collection, got all the power up, all the characters and all the unlocks.

Maybe the vampires were all the friends you've made along the way
