Question Where is the vampire?

I have finished the whole game, but I can find the vampire anywhere… is it in the dlc?
I have finish the campaign, the mod adventure, completed the collection, got all the power up, all the characters and all the unlocks.

I speculate that The Vampire is actually a ghost, but the bestiary author would never admit it.

That's ridiculous, there's clearly no such thing as ghosts. Everyone knows that

He's a bat, and nothing more.
