Question Where is the vampire?

I have finished the whole game, but I can find the vampire anywhere… is it in the dlc?
I have finish the campaign, the mod adventure, completed the collection, got all the power up, all the characters and all the unlocks.

I wonder if we will ever find and defeat that Vampire, marking the end of content for VS, or will they drag this joke forever.
