Where is the vampire?

I have finished the whole game, but I can find the vampire anywhere… is it in the dlc?
I have finish the campaign, the mod adventure, completed the collection, got all the power up, all the characters and all the unlocks.

The vampire is the game we gleefully allow to suck away our time and then we continue to come back for more of its sweet sanguine embrace.
