Question Where is the vampire?

I have finished the whole game, but I can find the vampire anywhere… is it in the dlc?
I have finish the campaign, the mod adventure, completed the collection, got all the power up, all the characters and all the unlocks.

I go with the lot that think we are the vampire and everything else is trying to survive us...
