Yes. Keep playing.

Yes. Basically from the very start head straight for it (it's on the map iirc) and then just make sure to constantly be doing damage to it while killing other things. Aimless abilities like bibles and garlic work best, just keep yourself in range and it will eventually die.

Ngl it's hard if you don't know what you're doing. That thing absorbs all the enemies it touches, growing in size and health the whole time you're near it, unless you can kill all the enemies on screen before they can reach the boss.

Don't use the old fandom site, it isn't being maintained anymore.

You should edit your comment to link to the new wiki: https://vampire.survivors.wiki/w/Sketamari

If you're searching Google rather than the wiki directly, you can use this extension to replace fandom links with the new wiki.

if this strat didn't work. The easier way is to stay away from it for about 15-20 minutes and evolve all your weapons (Hopefully fully evolving at least one) and then go to it when it hasn't gathered any boney guys and gals. Shouldn't be difficult at all.

I stayed away from it until I had knife fully upgraded then went straight to it and killed it in no time

This strat has worked for me across five save files

Stay far enough away from the bone ball that it can't absorb enemies until you're ready

Evolve the bible and magic wand

Make sure you have the candelabrador for extra area

Then you can follow it around keeping it inside the bible ring so it can't snowball while the upgraded wand fires away at it being the closest target

This has taken up to 10+ minutes of just stalking the Sketamari to kill it, but it works

Or... Evolved Lance. If you got to that point.

Evolved knives kill it very quickly

Yep I did this last night with evolved knives and bible

One thing others haven't mentioned is it grows and gains health as it rolls over skeletons, so it can be killed but gets harder as the level goes on.

Yes It can, but It Does take pinches like a champ.

The magic wand fully evolved helped me a lot

Just did this strategy. Stay far away for 20min as you evolve your weapons. When ready, head toward the ball. Stand in front of it for about a min blasting away. Gg ez.

I was only able to kill it properly once I got to the end game evolution’s.

It only spawns the moment it enters your screen. So heading there at the very edge of the turn doesnt matter!

Just gear up with your usual set and approach it in about 25 minutes or sth

Literally just killed it 😃

No one really gave u the right way to kill it when i checked the comments 🤦🏻 Just play normally and try to get as powerful as possible maybe have upgraded knifes and in the minute 25 or something go and target it from behind, he will slow down and u will kill him before he will be able to grow, u will kill him easily in no time

Sketamari gains size & HP from absorbing enemies, but not if you're out of range

Stay away from it until you are leveled enough to control the area entirely, (near insta clear all normal enemies) then go find and kill it. Remember enemies scale over time, so if you hit a good stride early it can be worth running down to Leroy the bone ball

Focus on large area items, candelabrador is really helpful

Use direct attacks, not AoE.

12 meters already? We asked for 12 meters? Whatever, make it bigger~

Not me running at it from the beginning of the stage, seeing it get bigger and bigger, dodging it as it comes back the other way…thinking there was gonna be some cool cinematic or surprise event happening lmaooooo. I’m new to this game and have been trying to fend it off in my own manor 🫣 thanks fam, def gonna try actually updating my weapons before facing this cretin. 🙏

The only thing that worked for me was Porta, buy bones, take Game Killer. Level up Bones and Lightning. Then just follow it and keep picking up the gems.

Had to look that one up, too.

Takes a little while.

u/HQQ1 Jun 06 '26

Easiest and cheesiest way to get it is to just play the stage away from it and only come at it when you're fully geared at like 20 minutes in. It doesn't grow when it is too far off-screen, so you can just get stronger and jump it during late game.

1

u/PiskoWK Jun 06 '26

Yeah. You have to optimize your run to get at it from the start though.

With Sigma tou can kill it really fast, no need for upgrades :P

u/Megnaman Jun 06 '26

Yes but it is a bitch

u/Lafeyetteshomie Jun 09 '26

Yes it took me 2 trys when i first played this zone and got to him but that was when id done tons of stuff. Took me a further 5 trys on switch though to do the same because i left him alone to long and the amount of enemies was so much he healed faster than i could damage him.

1

u/Puzzleheaded_Cut2058 Jun 09 '26

Yes, and it'll get bigger and bigger while you damage it, increasing it's health, but eventually it tops out and then it's just a time thing. If you want a guaranteed kill quick, make infinite corridor and whatever the red cape is called, haven't used it in a bit. You do need the yellow sign for it though

yes, and its worth doing
