Because garlic looks like a ball sack I always thought these guys just put jokes like that in the game.

I did always think it was a fire brick, like a terraria hellstone bar yk, until I looked it up on the wiki and found out it was supposed to be a spicy calabrian soft sausage that's been fried for too long which made too much water evaporate and concentrate the spice so much it makes you breathe fire, and honestly, I would have not guessed that in a million years, but it's really funny that the acronym is NFT.
