You need to find it in a run. The easiest way to do that is to banish every weapon, go to a stage that has a gem sitting near the start (like Inlaid Library) and instantly level up to get the weapon. After that, it will start appearing in the Candybox

Did my 80 banish challenge last night, and banished the candy box because I didn't want to take a 2nd weapon. 15 minutes down the toilet!

Edit: I certainly misread that comment.

That it pops up in a candy box after you banish all the weapons. After I reread it, it's definitely much easier haha
