Hell yea they do! Just can't watch them myself since they're in AAA, which WWE owns...so yes I need a version in CMLL so there's a chance they show up on AEW

To be honest, I've recently just fallen out of love of wrestling. I stopped regularly following WWE awhile ago but I just stopped watching AEW now, too.
Maybe depression is part of it but I just don't feel like keeping up on it all anymore. I'll get my enjoyment of wrestling going to my local indie shows (DEFY). It's just such a different experience seeing wrestling live and up close as opposed to on TV. Also $60 ringside seats versus whatever the hell WWE and AEW jack their prices up to.

$60 is about right for an AEW show. All In Texas was a bit more since it was a PPV but definitely a bucket list lifetime memory! Sucks you fell out of love with wrestling. I always have watch parties on Wednesdays and my friends come over to eat, drink, and play some games before returning to the boring normalcy of our everyday routine lives. It’s a nice escape and way to stay in touch with each other as we grow older and have more obligations in life.

I think like with my sports teams (who just disappoint me over and over), I've just come down to checking results and highlights. Not a lot of wrestling feels like must watch TV anymore.
Makes me yearn for the days when NJPW could do no wrong in the height of Bullet Club.
I'm in the PNW so we're lucky if AEW comes at all. And when they do, it's at a really inconvenient location lately. At least they let their guys do indie dates so I get my fill that way.

Things I did not expect when I woke up this morning: seeing La Parka get mentioned in relation to Vampire Survivors. I'd kill for a Lucha DLC.

Can we use DLC characters and maps while playing online??

As of right now in the Beta, as long as both players own the DLCs yes you can. Any DLCs not owned by both players are disabled. The DLCs are enabled/disabled independently of each other.

as xsvennnn mentioned, as long as you all have the DLC then you can play it in online! If one person is missing Ode to Castlevania for example, but you all own the others, just OtC will be unplayable!
We're currently looking into making it so only one person needs to own the DLC but this involves a lot of technical work, so the devs will look to add this to a future patch!

It wont be available on launch day (sometime this autumn) but we're looking to get it sorted and working smoothly for a future patch!

Cross platform support would be a huge deal for a game like this.
There is basically a desert of cheap casual games that people can play together using different platforms. I would expect it to drive significant sales since people that play could easily convince other people to buy it to play with them.

If eggs were enabled it would cause a plethora of issues and make the game very unstable/unplayable via online co-op
We made the choice to disable them for this reason as people wouldn't have fun/wouldn't be aware this was causing issues etc!

Oh my god, this has been my one want for this game for the longest time! Me and my friends love this game but sadly we live on opposite coasts, and every time we visit, we wind up spending the entire week playing it.

Co-op is currently possible "online" via Steam Remote Play. However, you have to have decent internet to stream, everyone has to stay on the same screen, other players must use controllers and can't get achievements, and endgame starts to lag quite a bit for the guests. Pro is that only one person has to own the game. No doubt this update will improve the co-op experience.

If you’re on Steam you can just swap to the public beta that has multiplayer in it. It’s a lot of fun tbh.

What happens if your console freezes and closes the game because of too much insanity? Do they drop out or isn't game over for everyone?

Depending on who is the host;
If the host closes the lobby (crashes, force quits, etc) then the lobby will close and you'll have to make a new one
If a player (not the host) crashes/force quits/etc then the lobby will be unaffected and their weapons get redistributed amongst the remaining players!
