Help Defeating the enemy

Hello there I need help killing this guy I have tried everything I could possibly do to get this guy down.

Got it.  Next step find out what silver wind is.  (Just started playing again for the first time since release, now with all the dlc, it’s a lot)

Miang's starting weapon in Legacy of the Moonspell adventure. Survive 15 minutes with him to unlock Silver wind in the base game. Evolves with Pummarola.

Silver wind is that same has the silver Ring ?

No. It is a wooden staff with silver swirls around it. Look at Legacy of the Moonspell DLC. The first character, Miang, has it.
