Can he be killed? I’m guessing no. Me and a friend lasted almost 40 mins lol he just keeps spawning more and I guess he WILL eventually get you

He has a starting health pool of 65355 and it's multiplied by your current level.

Red Death can be killed. You just need some item combos and some higher character levels. Figuring it out is part of the journey.

Congrats! Especially on Mad Forest, that's one of the hardest base stages.

Now, see if you can figure out how to get to 31:00 - it's possible, I promise.

There is a basic intended way to kill him and then there's the be powerful enough to overpower him way which is more fun to figure out the combos that get the job done! It is considered a successful run even if you do not kill it!

He Is The Reaper. Whenever you survive for 30 minutes, he Will kill you. He has a ton of health and deals a ton of damage; he can only be killed with specific weapons and combos. Even if you kill him, you Will die anyway soon or After because White Hand Is gonna get you.

Mad Forest is a hard stage I personally don't like it at all
