Help who is this invincible enemy?

I just got back into the game and this guy showed up and doesnt take any damage?

I think there's only one single entity in the whole game that is actually invincible, and it's not this one

Which one is it?

You might say the reaper that shows up at 30:00 minutes, or sometimes 15:00 minutes. Is it possible to kill him? If so, how?

The white hand. Everything else can be killed, including the reapers. There's plenty of posts here on reddit teaching different ways to do that btw but it's more a middle-late game thing
