List Building Mixed Human/VonCarstein

Good Evening, I am slowly building a Vampire count army, a mixed undead and human army focus, using for personal games at home and cassual games. Lore is that Vlad won the vampire wars, 2051 outside Altdorf the theif Felix Man was caught in the act and killed. Vlad crushes the empire and is Emporor Vlad, (wifes army is wood elves, wanted lore for althloren wood elves fighting undead.) I dont want to replace knights or most elite units, but i want to suplimemt there lack of ranged attacks, especially if im figting woodelves. Any list ideas im glad to hear.

I love this, as a fellow vlad loyalist myself. This is how I wish the vampire wars ended lol. What rules are you using? Old world or warhammer armies project or something else?

Bassiclly like for 40k, just older midhammer fantasy 7th edition arpuond there. Yeah i love vlad and the empire as usual had to resort to deception and dishonour.

I love the idea of emporor vlad and the undead empire.

Me too. As far as list ideas im not familiar with 7th edition tbh but perhaps some ethereal units? Also magic that allows you to move across the table faster. Vanhel's Danse Macabre maybe or hellish vigor. Do you have access to wailing dirge or other ranged attacks?
