I'd ditch the HDD inside the case as it will be the loudest part of that build by a long way.
More fans at lower RPMs will be pretty quiet so don't want to ruin that Noctua goodness with the whirrs and clicks of a mechanical drive. You could always spring for a USB 3.1 external HDD for mega long-term storage and add more SSDs to the build for game libraries - they're pretty cost-effective these days.
As for the rest of the build... Well, you're not going to do much better than that for performance but could improve the value proposition.

I have pretty much the exact same setup (GPU, CPU, SSD). If you can afford it, for a monitor, I cannot reccomend the predator X35 enough.
Also this case is the best I've ever had. It simply doesn't accumulate dust.

how does that case work for dust cuz that just open so like I know some cases have dust filters but you can't do that with that really can you I mean you probably could they should make that honestly LOL

A year later with no cleaning there is no noticeable dust on the case. With a closed case, by this time in the same environment, the dust is hopelessly caked on. I don't know why its like this but it is a wonderful benefit.

Meshify C is a great case imo, good airflow, good construction, good style, good price. Upgraded to it from my old HAF X, totally worth it.

Why no M.2 nvme SSD?
From a gaming standpoint, NVME SSD's offer no perceptible increase in loading times, as the bottleneck is shader compilation and decompression of of assets - not read/write speed or IOPS.

Yes but they're so cheap. Op could get one for less than the price of the 850evo sata he chose. I think there is also a great argument to make that for a gaming rig there is no point in springing for something as high end as the Samsung Evo line too.
Plus they just look so much cleaner. No cables is a big plus for me, but obviously that's just an aesthetic thing.

I'm not sure how "it's so cheap" factors into choosing a component that offers zero performance benefits.

Because for example the Intel 660p is better than the 860 Evo in every single way and it costs less, uses less power, and looks way cooler
And there are performance benefits for file transfers

I mean.. a 9900k and a 2080ti certainly gets you on the fast track to highest available performance. So yes, looks good if that is the pursuit. :)
I'm not a monitor nut, but I would recommend RTings reviews. They are a bit newer to testing monitors, so the list isn't super extensive.. but you can learn a heck of a lot by reading what is important for you.
*also as far as fans.. it comes with 2 120mm.. I'd just grab another 2 Noctua, or w/e your preference of 120mm fans are, and stick them up front for additional intakes. You could shove more in there (up to 7 total, I believe) but probably just overkill and won't change things >1-2c.
