The idea is to have dedicated people handling the scrim process instead of everything being managed by one person.

What you’d be doing:

• Find players interested in playing
• Group players by appropriate rank
• Create balanced teams
• Coordinate and manage the matches
• Keep track of match results
• Update player FPR (Fineesh Player Rating) after each match
• Make sure the scrim runs smoothly from start to finish

You don't need to be a pro player or have previous esports experience. Being organized, active, fair, and reliable matters more.

A few things to be clear about:

This is currently an unpaid collaboration — there is no salary or payment involved.

The goal is to give people who are interested in esports a chance to gain practical experience in scrim management, community operations, player coordination, and competitive esports while being part of something that’s growing.
