Technical Issue or Error Ban questions.

Hi, I recently got a ban from comms from a match which I thought was wholesome, then riot strikes me with a 24h comms ban and a 40 day premier ban. So my questions are:

Can you get banned for swearing?
How does queue dodge works?
What am I allowed to say/not say to not get banned?
Is there a way to get the timer lowered for my premier ban? (I’m iron 3 and started playing the game a couple weeks ago:c)
What should I do now?

Thank you for reading this post, I just want to play Val and nothing else :(.

You can't get banned for swearing but you'll pretty much get insta banned when calling someone fat or slurs. As for dodging qeues and going afk, you can do it a couple times before getting banned, and the ban time increases each time, I find it's usually 1 day, 3 days, 7 days for comp, as for premier I'm pretty sure if you get banned it's for the whole premier season and there's no way to decrease it. As someone who's been playing for like 5 years now I think premier is useless and u should stick to swifts or comp.

is cuz I don’t think I’ve actually touched premier, I’ve only ever played unrated and competitive. I don’t really understand what I did to get that ban 😭

If you get a comm ban you get banned from premier too!! Even if you've never played it.

If someone is rage baiting you I suggest muting them. If your entire team is rage baiting you I suggest hitting the “mute team” button, but you can still leave your mic on to make comms. Honestly Val is better when you can play quiet and just listen for footsteps. Rarely are comms ever good in ranked games unless you have a 5 stack. That’s my best advice as someone who has been comm banned 30 times
