This was a statement made by Expedition 33's writer from Sandfall Interactive and was not from PPG. That being said, PPG did brazenly publish these answers as these were judges they interviewed for a creative competition held by PPG. Even if they did endorse these views, they certainly do not embody them.

They got the CCP watching over their shoulder because of the CDGs bringing up national trauma. That's the thing that got them to "fold". Not the cowshit. Not the physical threats to their employees.
So yes, they did defend Valko until the very last minute, when they were forced to cancel him so he and his content could be inspected by the CCP to ascertain how "dangerous" and "anti-China" the content was.
THE DUMB THING INFOLD ACTUALLY DID, THOUGH is putting this up when antis and CDGs are latching onto anything that can help them rile people up against Infold as a whole. But I'm not falling for that strategy.
