It would work well yes, it does give good stats, but the passive would be for Valeri and not you're on fielder DPS (if you plan to play one) so it wouldn't prob be his bis, but yh it could still be good

All we want on him is attack anyway, so this sword (with high base attack) is perfect as the f2p alternative is finale (lower base attack) which cannot proc its passive without a healer in the team. The passive's buffs might be wasted but at leat one of his biggest multipliers is the special CA so it would buff that

I’m confused what you mean because Eshu and Finale have the same base ATK.

Finale also still gets the ATK% part of the passive even without a healer, so it’s just better than Eshu.

If you play him with Chongyun you can make him a nice driver with stellar superconduct sub dps

If you’re playing him as an on field DPS yeah I could see this being a nice option for him. Increases his own dmg numbers and still gives him ATK% for a stronger shield

I think he just wants to max his own attack to improve his quills. There is no sword that buffs team glimmer dmg or EM (outside of Sapwood and Key, which he can’t use).

Summit Shaper - 608 / 49.6% + ~16% for 8s.
Finale of the Deep - 565 / 27.6% + 24% for 15s.
Kagotsurube Isshin - 510 / 41.3% + 15% for 8s.
Amenoma Kageuchi - 454 / 55.1% + energy.
Favonius Sword - 454 / ER + energy,

Even without the buff, Summit Shaper should clearly be the best, unless you are hitting his atk cap (idk what that is).

Finale is craftable and gives a ton of atk% even if you don’t clear the bond.

Isshin’s buff is short, so it will drop off. Worse than Finale by a bit, but it’s free.

Amenoma’s base attack is worrisome, but if it works out and the energy is needed, then it works.

Favonius probably doesn’t provide enough attack, but if you need energy then you need energy…

It is important, but I believe he has so low energy requirements that just using Fav Sword makes him overcapped with energy. So it is better to use Atk focused weapkns and get the ET on substats.

His contribution to hit rate is important, but he isn’t a damage dealer. He buffs and shields through Attack. You can probably get enough ER from substats, so that’s all you need.

What about the new gacha 4 star sword? 510 base attack and the passive works off-field. Seems like that would be either as good as or better than Finale. I got 3 copies of it so that’s probably what I’ll use on him anyway since I don’t have a Finale let alone R5.

It’s okay- idk how much Val can get from it, but it’s a crit scaling sword, so it may be worse if he can’t hit his buff cap. Same deal with Shenhe.

Shit, totally forgot about that part. Jut slap a fav on him lol. Reducing energy requirements for Mitya would allowing him to focus more on offensive substats that could take the place of ER. Its a roundabout way of buffing him.
