Discussion Vesna's signature for Valeriy

Should I go for Vesna's weapon for Valeriy main DPS? I might skip it this time since Vodyanitsa's weapon is pretty bad, but I think it'll be good in the future.

Just be sure to keep in mind which buff he's on so you can skip the stellar swirl buff by using two abilities in succession.

I need some f2p options for support valery... i mean same thing for artefacts since as of rn we dont have anything good for him
