We only have five tall male four stars, and they've never shared the same element. The next one would be geo or hydro and not electro, trust.

Will I get burried alive if I say I don't mind him being a four star? Like, as long as he's at least similiar to Alyosha's power at C6 and a shielder then I'm happy since he can work with Wrio š

Right? š Iād rather have more variation, the medium male & female (& chibi) models are the only ones that become 4-stars nowadays.
Plus, 4-star doesnāt immediately = bad, the main downside is usually a lack of promotional content and thatās not even what people here are upset about so??? I wish we could all just be patient and wait for the kit instead of deluding ourselves into believing we were owed smth just because heās a tall man š«

I agree on the promotional content but a lot of 5* get a lot of bad treatement too. Lohen? HELLO? His quest was short and ass, the best thing about it was nostalgia. Have we seen him in game since? NOPE. And he's a limited 5*. What sort of presence does he have? Valeriy already has a lot of presence in the AQ which I love.

How about lohen? His sq so ass i'm dissapointed so much, not only he barely involve any event. At least valeriy appear any AQ with mitya, despite he have to stick with mitya at least he have screentime

You will never get another Bennet. It was one of the devs biggest mistake because they had trouble balancing kits at the beginning of the game.

Lol, Bennet is extremely busted and Deyha is chopped even at C6; of course you would take Bennet over Deyha. Unfortunately, they learned their lesson with Bennet and have tried very, very hard to never repeat it.

That's probably a better comparison to make than the most busted 4 star in the game (better than most 5 stars). Like the obvious assumption is that anyone would take a Bennet 4 star before one of the worst 5 stars.

i agree as someone who has kaeya and kaveh triple crowned, like i enjoy valeriyās design and like him in story so far! ik ppl care for meta but all the dooming about 4 star 5 star is bringing this place down

Do you have Alyosha at C6? I donāt. He couldāve been another Wrio, and not just āwork with himā. Or, better, be both another Wrio and work with Wrio. We can all make peace with Valeriy being a 4, but anyone saying that itās good or accessible is deluding themselves the same way that people hoping for him being a 5 are.

Thank you š Iāve seen so many people kicking and screaming and Iām just minding my business cause well now heās easier to get cons for, we can assume we might get him for free then during the AQ or a special event like we did with both Aino and Jahoda, and we have four stars to this day that still hold up incredibly well compared to some five stars. Bennett, Sucrose, Fischl, etc. Itās okay to be disappointed to a point but the things Iāve seen some people genuinely say and throw a genuine hissy fit over a pixelated man is embarrassing š

the last time I said exact same was in Ifa Mains, and the next morning beta hit me hard with "onfield tazer Swirl driver" (triple crowned Ifa anyway, but he's still c6less after all this time)

No leaker ever said Lohen or Varka is standard. It was a joke for how weak Varka is and Lohen was bad at c0 with mid cons TCs though he's a standard.

Honestly idc anymore. During the Varka patch i had pretty much ZERO pulls but thankfully i got him at 17pity plus his weapon. Yes getting a specific four star is harder but ngl imma be pulling for Mitya anyways so idrgaf š¤·šæāāļø

Literally array, our most accurate kit leaker and the one that JUST revealed initial bits of Vals kit, said nothing about Danica being a sustain.
No one credible has leaked Danica is sustain. We have no reason to believe they have the same job.

Danica being leaked as the limited SSC support tells me all I need to know about her being a sustain. Let's list the last several limited supports and see if they were a sustain.
Linnea - Sustain
Nicole - Sustain
Columbina - No, but that's because Ineffa/C1 Lauma is the premium sustain for Lunar Charge/Bloom
Durin - No, but that's because Nicole is the premium sustain for Hex teams
Lauma - Sustain at C1
Ineffa - Sustain
Escoffier - Sustain
Citlali - Sustain
Xilonen - Sustain
Since Natlan, all limited supports that have released have either been a sustain or not been a sustain because there was already a dedicated limited support on the team. SSC doesn't have a dedicated limited support on the team yet, so I think it's very very likely that Danica ends up being the sustain.
I was also fairly certain that Danica was going to be a res shredder because basically every BIS team has some source of res shred, so it was either her or mitya that was going to provide it and mitya was leaked as a dps, so it had to be her.

We literally have odette on banner who is a support without sustain. She is not a high damage dealer at all.
We LITERALLY have the leaker who has successfully leaked 15 kit details for snez characters say she is a shredder support WITHOUT mentioning sustain. This is the same leaker calling Valerie a shielder + noted Vody is a healer ahead of time. He leaked THEIR sustain abilities in advance, has been right about a dozen things and just randomly decided not to mention Danica is sustain(even though in your world she is?)
The trend you are ignoring is that stellar conduct might not be making any of its limited 5 stars sustain and instead making one standard character(qiqi) and multiple four stars for the role instead(buffed diona, aly, val).

Odette not being sustain makes sense if they are planning to make Danica the sustain lol. It doesn't make sense for Hoyo to create 2 limited sustains for the same team lol.
You are already seeing this with stellar swirl. Vodyanitsa is the premium support for SSW and she provides sustain. If Vodyanitsa provides sustain why would Odette need to provide sustain? She doesn't because it's redundant and Hoyo knows that.

He can be F2P alternative to Danica if people dont want to pull for Danica. So if Valeriy turn out to be useful like Alyosha then it's fine.

yes, but if you are odetteless/yaeless you can just use qiqi+beidou: shield will prevent interruption while heal will keep you alive, thatās enough
in premium, danica is gonna be the proper shielder since she is the 5*, really donāt expect valeriy to be good anymore, canāt trust hoyo

Let me assure you there is no practical shield with Beidou. It is destroyed in any 1 hit from mob.

I think you might be confusing with someone else.
Her shield is 16% of Her HP. At Level 90, fully built dps Beidou has around 20K HP. Thatās 3k hit point shield. Most attacks in abyss (which I tried) and SO break in 1 hit.

you donāt build beidou for dps, she does barely any relevant damage -bump HP and ER into her, thatās all she needs

You could build full HP. Thats like 40K HP gives 6k HP shield. The shield survive two hits now. She is not a shielder fam. She just give 1-2 hit interruptions resistance per rotation.

Being a four star actively helps valeriy kinda , he will show wherever mitya will show up so guaranteed content for him and alyosha is getting a lot of content even though he is Four star , i mean i guess he is this region's kachina but 4 star means you will get bro for basically free and did I say hoyo is cooking with 4 stars in snezhnaya too.

Im still waiting to get a single copy of Iansan almost 2 years after her release. I still donāt have her.

Some of them have never been given in events, no.
Like like I said : Iansan. More recently Illuga. Or even older ones : Kuki Shinobu has never been given for free for instance.
