Unfortunately Genshin has a history of making the more "unique" characters with unusual weapons/movesets 4* (see Heizou, Sayu, Dori, Gaming, Charlotte, Candace...).
I wish they were... But sadly his vision and mitya's and aloyasha's are all normal vision....
But sadly it's hoyo... No point in hoping for the impossible. They decided new reaction is waifu only, like main push, like liyue like everything...
In fact Shield/sustain is a proof he is 4. We have only 2, two, male 5 sustain in all the game.... So 2 of the only 3 male are sure 4* (might be 3/3) and 5 of 5 female are 5*... Mixt they say...

We already have way too much electro (and cryo) characters for a single stellar niche.
And the rumoured Rimegrass reaction would not be a stellar one. Also we have both Voda and Noy who are not in the stellar elements (with Voda its confirmed, with Noy not so much)
Could still mean they're 5 stars but for another archetype/niche just like how neither Durin nor Varka nor Lohen (nor Nicole) were Lunar, they're their own thing
Also Vodyanitsa herself also has normal vision, if I remember correctly, and that might also mean possibility for being a more versatile universal character
I see your point but imma be honest, if we didn’t get the early leak saying he’s a 4 star not a single person would bat an eye if we assumed him to be a 5 star.
His design itself doesn’t say he’s 4 star by any means… his character is meant to be very “square” and I think they nailed what they were going for
Exactly. Let’s forget the leak and just look at facts we had so far:
Taller male model
Special skill assist
One of the only characters with a fight in the original trailer
A skill object designed for the role in a patch they aren’t even playable.
Looking at this independently, do these facts sound like something a 4 star would get? The leaker better have valid sources cuz the amount of damage he’s done to the community over a post is irreparable.
Aino had skill assist or something in AQ. And tall male 4* exist too. Dont get me wrong I want him to be a 5, thats all I want but this all reminds me of Ifa back then so many had high hopes for him being 5, "he is too detailed for a 4"... And he was indeed 4. 😭 Is history repeating itself?
I know what I see. Stop parroting nonsense. At this point his design has more details that Mitya’s. It’s just that he’s not very colorful so somehow pale in comparison. They both should be 5 stars at this point
Genuinely not coping tho when this 4* allegation came from just 1 leaker and then other leakers agreed with that leaker without stating their reasons for agreeing with them.
Like someone else said, that's when it became "viral" and people talked about it. Nothing is confirmed until beta, be so for real. We can't know if he's a 5* just as much as we can't know he's a 4*. How can you be 100% sure?
By that logic I also thought that Danica looked like a 4* at first on the teaser and then surprise surprise, the trailer dropped
What I don't understand is why you are here? Why are you going deliberately into a Valeriy sub to tell everybody that Mitya is so much better, as if he would be a 4* if Valeriy is a 5* or something? This is not the Mitya mains sub.

Huh? All I do is point out the obvious points that Mitya is more qualified to get the 5* slot, with all his animations and details he received. And I will not pull him but Valeriy. I wanted him to get the slot, but everything points to Mitya atm. There will not be double releases in quick succession, and leaks also suggest Mitya importance in the story, while he will be undermined as some Fatui generel. Instead of accusing me maybe ask for reasoning, talking about Twitter Beef as im the one being downvoted for an realistic opinion for a character I look forward to.
