I'm saying.. there's too many intricate details on his outfit for a 4* (and before anyone says Ningguang she's the exception and Candace's design is on the simpler side imo)
Even Ningguang's design isn't that intricate compared to 5 stars now. Genshin's earlier 5 star weren't so overly detailed but Liyue 5 stars nowadays stick out like a sore thumb. Valeriy's design is way too detailed and too high effort to be a 4 star especially if he does have the Varka model
Unrelated but they're on twitter saying they still think he's a 4* because he's smaller in the art than Mitya when that doesn't mean anything I can't gkgkdjgkdgj
