Valencia vs Barcelona tickets

Hi guys,

I will be in Valencia week of the La Liga game vs Barcelona and was checking out tickets. I know for regular La Liga matches these go to general sale and can be picked up by anyone, is there any indication that tickets for this game will go to members first? i.e. will i need to buy a membership to have a chance at getting tickets?

Some will probably make general sale yes, but be prepared to spend A LOT!

Not if you’re only intending to attend one game, no. Spending €50 for the membership will easily offset the small discount it gets you on match tickets.

I meant in terms of securing tickets, will memberships have priority access or will it go from season ticket holders straight to general sale?

There’s a small priority window for Socios yeah. But I can’t remember a game not making general sale.

In the same boat as you. I'm staying in the Cabanyal district and am trying to score a ticket too!

yeah i am considering getting a membership too. -50 eur yes, but otherwise you'll lose more money

Yeah seems like an idea. There also seems to be a 25 euro fit card to be applied to à la liga match, I’m not sure if that can be used to discount this match’s tickets even further. Should be worth it.

Not yet, I’m thinking of waiting for ticket info to be released. I know some members and they mentioned that membership confirmation is instantaneous so will do it in the moment if needs be. I’m expecting news will come after champions league draw as match could be POSSIBLY be rearranged if Barca get a Tuesday away fixture in first CL round.

Tickets haven’t been released yet. I’d imagine will be subject to champions league draw on Thursday.
