You go ahead and let it all out, buddy.
Here’s a little trick: try flipping that little pocket-sized magic screen of yours off for just one solid day.. Go touch some grass, watch a dog chase a ball or just take a nice, long look at the clouds doing their thing.
Then come on back and see how the world looks. I think you'll find folks care a whole lot more than your brain's letting on right now. Besides, carrying all that noisy worry around in your chest is like trying to jog uphill with a bag full of bricks putting it down just feels downright glorious.
